The Better Buildings Hub (BBH or “the Hub”) is a collaborative resource that connects people, organizations, and resources to help improve buildings and strengthen communities. Through events, partnerships, and shared learning, the Hub supports efforts to reduce energy costs, enhance public, increase resilience, and advance sustainability goals in the Greater Philadelphia region. 

The Hub is open to building owners, property managers, building operators, small businesses, community organizations, public-sector partners, service providers, and residents interested in creating healthier, more efficient, and more resilient buildings and communities across the region. 

The Hub helps people connect with resources, learn from others, and discover opportunities to improve buildings, reduce costs, strengthen resilience, and support healthier communities. 

The Hub shares tools, resources, events, case studies, and educational opportunities related to building performance, energy efficiency, climate resilience, and sustainability. 

Yes. The Hub shares information, resources, and opportunities that can help small businesses reduce energy costs, improve building performance, strengthen resilience, and learn about available programs and incentives. 

No. The Better Buildings Hub is open to anyone interested in improving buildings and communities. Although many resources are geared toward building owners and operators, community organizations, residents, and other stakeholders are also welcome to participate. 

The Hub does not typically provide funding directly. However, it helps connect participants to available grants, incentives, financing opportunities, and partner programs that may support building improvements and resilience projects.
